Our Standard Operating Process

Engage farmers and promote the use of the best quality and lab-tested tissues for Banana farming.
Periodically visit the farms to ensure growth and that farmers are taking care of banana trees according to the standards.
At the time of order, identify the right age bananas by visiting farms, doing the quality testing and sampling.
At the time of cutting bananas, make sure the right size and age bananas get cut.
Cutting and segregating the top-quality bananas before entering the packaging process.
Wash, dry, and weigh the bananas before packing them into the box.
Box it and send it to the pre-cooling process to make sure the temperature of the bananas comes down to 12.5 to 13 degrees Celsius.
Once the temperature is achieved, either load the box pallets into the AC container or move the box pallets to the cold room to maintain the temperature to 13 degrees Celsius.
Send the AC container to the port for shipping to the destination address and complete all the paperwork required to export the bananas from India.
